Payments

Preferred payment method is through an invoice or via PayPal. Purchases under $500.00 are expected to be paid in full at the time of purchase. Payment plans are made available for orders over $500.00. Payment must be made in full before we ship.

Financing

Payment plans are available for purchases over $500.00. Plans are 45 days in length. Initial down payment of 25% of the total (with shipping) is required. After deposits have been made, payments of 25% are required every 15 days. Animals purchased will not be shipped until payment has been made in full. ​

Shipping

We offer shipping via UPS or FedEx. Both are shipped priority overnight, if you would like to pick up at a hub it will be via FedEx. If you would like it sent to your home we can use either shipping service.  We will ship your animal(s) after receiving payment in full and after determining that it is safe weather wise to ship to your location. Shipping typically costs anywhere from $40.00-$60.00, but may change depending on order size and shipping location.

Insulated Box

We ship using a new insulated box with every shipment. We take into consideration the temperatures as well as where we are shipping and will include the necessary heat or cold packs to keep the animals comfortable.

Live Arrival

We guarantee live arrival when we ship, as long as we are comfortable with shipping conditions and someone is available to receive the animal(s) in person. Animals delivered to home or work must be delivered to a person and not left at a door as recorded by the delivering agent.

Export Policy

All sales are final. Payment must be made in full before I ship. I can guarantee that the animal(s) are outwardly healthy when they depart my facility. After they leave my care and are in someone else's care/facility I cannot guarantee their condition. Be sure you trust who you are working with for the exporting/importing process to ensure the healthy arrival of your animals.
